Install SaleSmartly on ShopLazza

1. SaleSmartly Installation for ShopLazza Customer Service

Installing the SaleSmartly app allows you to integrate SaleSmartly's multi-channel customer service system into your ShopLazza store, enabling unified, automated and intelligent management of store customer service.

2. Operation Process

2.1. Solution 1: Install via ShopLazza Plugin

2.1.1. ShopLazza Authorized Installation Plugin

1. After logging in to ShopLazza:
   • Click the Apps module on the left menu
   • Click to visit the App Store
   • Search for SaleSmartly and click to enter the add page

2. Click Add App to add it to the corresponding store:
   • Automatically jumps to the store backend
   • Click Install APP

3. After registering or logging in, select the corresponding project plug-in to complete the installation.

2.2. Solution 2: Install via JavaScript Code

2.2.1. Copy the JavaScript Code

In the Integration-Chat Plugin module of SaleSmartly:

• Select and copy the code you need to install in the list
• (If there is no plugin code, please create it first)

2.2.2. Install SaleSmartly on ShopLazza

1. After logging in to ShopLazza:
   • Search for Custom Code Embed in App Market
   • Click Add App

2. Click Add code to enter the code editing page:
   • Paste the SaleSmartly JavaScript code
   • Save it
