1. SaleSmartly TikTok Group Messaging Guide

SaleSmartly provides the TikTok App group messaging function. Please refer to the following tutorial to quickly learn how to use SaleSmartly for the TikTok App group messaging feature.

Notice: You can only send group messages to customers/groups/channels that have contacted your TikTok App. You cannot send group messages to customers you have not communicated with!

1.1. Connect Your TikTok Account

Before sending group messages, you need to integrate your TikTok App into the SaleSmartly platform.

1.2. Check Your TikTok Contacts

Please ensure that the client list includes TikTok App contacts.

Notice: Please ensure that the private messaging switch is turned on and the social media account status is valid.

1.3. Create a TikTok Group Message

In Group Plan - Mass Message - Create Plan - select TikTok App channel.

1.4. Configure Bulk Message Settings

Plan Name: Enter the name of your current group messaging plan, which must not exceed 50 characters.

Send to: Select the customer you want to send to.

Send content: Fill in the content you need to send here. Text is supported.
