Salesmartly Updates
1. Salesmartly Updates: Added FB Link in the Conversation Interface
In Online Chat - Visitor Information Column, a new fb button link is added. Users can click this button link to go to the Meta backend.
Usage scenario: With this function, merchants can directly go to the Meta background to search for the user, which is convenient for merchants to operate in the Meta background, understand more customer information, and better respond to customer needs.
2. Optimize the Template for Importing Contacts
In Contacts - Import, the contact import template is optimized, and new fields such as WhatsApp account and label are added.
Usage scenario: By optimizing the WhatsApp contact import template, merchants can flexibly assign WhatsApp-related accounts to contacts and add corresponding tags when importing, thereby improving import efficiency.
3. Support Hiding Blocked WS Numbers
In Settings - WhatsApp platform number list filter, a new "Status" filter has been added, and the default filters are "Valid", "Marked" and "Configuration" numbers, filtering out and hiding banned WS numbers; merchants can also filter the status according to their own needs.
Usage scenario: With this function, merchants can filter and hide banned WS numbers and quickly identify currently available valid numbers.
4. The Backend Supports Thai Language
Thai has been added to the system background language. Click it to translate the page.
Usage scenario: With this feature, merchants whose native language is Thai can reduce the trouble caused by language barriers when using the Salesmartly system.
5. Cloud API Support Application Template
In Message Broadcast - WS Message Template, you can now use a cloud API account to apply for a message template.
Usage scenarios: With this function, merchants can not only apply for message templates using platform numbers, but also apply through cloud API numbers, providing merchants with more types of business account options.
6. Launch WS Bill Details
A new bill details button has been added in Settings - WhatsApp - Platform Number. By clicking this button, users can view WhatsApp consumption bill data.
Note: This function currently only supports viewing billing data after October 29.
Usage scenario: With this function, merchants can understand the overall overview of WhatsApp consumption, daily details of WhatsApp consumption, and consumption details of a single WS number, which is convenient for merchants to manage WhatsApp recharge and consumption in the future.
7. Statistics of Fans Entering Online Channels
In the Data Insights module, a new "Channel Analysis" function has been added. With this function, merchants can view the fan data overview and daily growth trend of the Messenger channel, and break down the new fans of each public page and the fan acceptance of customer service.
Note: Merchants can also quickly understand and grasp the data related to new and old fans by turning off/on the "Show Duplicate Fans" switch.
Usage scenarios:
- When merchants place Facebook homepage ads, they can view and track the number of fans on the public page and customer service reception in real time.
- Applicable to scenarios where advertisers and traffic owners cooperate in promotion. When Party A's customer hands over the Facebook public page to Party B for fan guidance, the fan data on a daily or hourly level can be counted, which is convenient for both parties to check the drainage effect.
8. Add the "Company Name" Field to the Information Form
When creating/editing a chat plugin, a "Company Name" field has been added to the information survey.
Usage scenario: When the merchant is a B2B enterprise, this field can help the merchant obtain the other party's company information, making it easier for subsequent merchants to provide services to it.
9. Added Processed/Read Message Broadcast
In the message broadcast details, a processed/read tab list is now added. The processed number of people tab list mainly counts the number of numbers that have initiated requests, including records of sent, delivered, read, and failed to send status; the read number of people tab list counts the number of people who have read the message after it is sent.
Usage scenario: This function can help merchants quickly understand the specific situation of message broadcasting and gain insights into the message broadcast reach rate.
