SaleSmartly offers features like Google Translate API setup and automated review invites.

1. Support Setting Google Translate API Key

Add translation settings in Basic Settings - Chat Settings, and customers can access Google Translate by themselves.

Usage scenario: If you already have Google Cloud Translation API, you can access it in the translation settings; after access, the system will no longer deduct the translation characters.

2. Automatic Node Statistics

Add a "Data" button in Automation - Operation. Click this button to enter the process data statistics page, which will count the number of triggers and the number of triggers for each process node.

Usage scenario: With this function, you can understand the traffic share of each automated process node and the visitor completion rate of the process, helping you to obtain the visitor's consultation preferences, thereby improving your process branches and scripts, and ultimately providing your visitors with a better consultation experience.

3. Mobile Chat Plugin Supports Full Screen

Channel Integration - Create/Edit Chat Plug-in - Plug-in Decoration, a new mobile chat window display has been added, which supports the mobile plug-in chat window to fill or not fill the full screen.

Usage scenario: When the mobile chat window is not fully expanded, it can reduce visitors' sense of page jump; when it is fully expanded, visitors' consultation is more immersive and the service experience is better. You can choose whether to expand the mobile chat window to fill the mobile phone screen according to your needs.

4. SaleSmartly Supports YCloud

In Channel Integration - WhatsApp - Add Commercial API Number, a new "YCloud" commercial API agent channel has been added. The access process for the new agent YCloud is simpler than that for Twilio. Users only need to fill in the YCloud API Key, and the system will automatically synchronize the WABA/number you added on the YCloud platform. After synchronization, you can process WhatsApp chat messages and message broadcasts.

Usage scenario: When you create a commercial API number, you can choose the required agent according to your preference; by connecting to the agent YCloud, you can simplify your authorization steps.

5. Telegram Channels Support Group Chats/Channels

SaleSmartly backend now supports Telegram channels for group chats or channel broadcasts. Simply add your Telegram bot to the corresponding group and channel and set it as an administrator.

Usage scenario: After you integrate Telegram in SaleSmartly, you can receive/send group and channel messages through Telegram robots in the background, which makes it easier to manage your groups and channels and better interact and market with customers.

6. Email Group Sending Supports Authorized Mailboxes

A new "Direct Mass Email" function has been added in Customer List - Mass Email. With this function, users can use authorized email accounts to send mass emails, and the recipients must be the contacts corresponding to the email account.

Note: If the contact does not have an associated email account, re-import the associated email account in Contact Import.

Usage scenario: With this function, when you use an authorized email account for mass email marketing, you can reduce the chance of marketing emails going into the spam folder and increase the marketing reach rate.

7. Chat Plugin Sidebar Supports Text Modification

A new "Edit sidebar text" function has been added in Channel Integration - Chat Plug-in - Plug-in Decoration.

Usage scenario: With this function, you can customize the chat plug-in sidebar text according to your needs.

8. Automatically Send Review Invitations

In Automation - Create/Edit Automation Process - Action, add the "Invite Review" action. (Note: This function currently only supports chat plug-ins.)

Usage scenario: If you create the "Automatically invite reviews at the end of a conversation" process, when the conversation ends, there is no need for you to manually click "Invite Reviews". The system will automatically send "Invite Reviews" to your customers, which is more convenient and quick.

9. Automation Supports Triggering Multiple Web Pages

In Automation - Create/Edit Automation Process - Trigger - Visit Specific Page, you can enter multiple URLs and set fuzzy matching or exact matching. When a customer visits, the current automation process will be triggered.

Usage scenario: When there are multiple website pages, you can add them to the same trigger without creating a new automation process.

10. The Mobile Terminal Supports Single Message Reply

When replying to a message on mobile, long press the visitor message to quote the message.

Usage scenario: With this function, you can quote a visitor's message on the mobile terminal and make a targeted reply to improve the communication efficiency of both parties.
